Er war ein Gelehrter, Alim und Dichter, geboren im 16. Jahrhundert in Birgi. Nach dem Abschluss der Rüstem Pascha Madrasah in Istanbul im Jahr 1547 wurde er als Müderris an dieselbe Madrasah berufen.
