ت. 1637 من كبار العلماء والكتاب المشهورين، أصله من تيرة. بعد أن تلقى علومه الأولية من علماء بلدته، أكمل دراسته على يد المعلم عطا الله أفندي وعُين مدرسًا في مدرسة حاجي سنان في بايندير براتب خمسة وعشرين آقجة، وسرعان ما انتشر صيته وفضله.
