2. Nature of the Product & Delivery
The product you purchase through this website is a DIGITAL CONTENT ACCESS CODE for the İzmir's Spiritual Stars book (full biographies, audio narration, images and video content). The physical book itself is not part of this order process and can be obtained separately from the listed stores. Once your payment is confirmed, your activation code is sent to your email address and the digital content is unlocked immediately.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Its Exception
Under applicable consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance sales contracts within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, for contracts on services performed immediately in electronic form, or on digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By checking the consent box at checkout, you request the immediate delivery of the digital content following payment and acknowledge that you thereby LOSE your 14-day right of withdrawal.
4. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
If you have not yet used your activation code (i.e. have not accessed the digital content), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your order date by contacting us at the address below with your order number. If the activation code has already been used (i.e. the digital content has been accessed), the right of withdrawal is deemed to have ended under the exception described above.
5. Refund Process
Where a withdrawal request is accepted, your payment will be refunded within 14 days of the request reaching us, using the same payment method (credit card refund or bank transfer). For bank transfer payments, your bank account details may be requested for the refund.
